Exchange & Return Policy
We want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order:
- Free Nationwide Delivery is offered on all orders.
- Free Return & Exchange is possible only if the product has not been used for even a single day.
- Any used or damaged product will not be exchanged or returned under any circumstances.
- As our products are mostly imported, the exact same product requested for exchange may or may not be available. If unavailable, you may choose another available product of similar value.
- For returning or exchanging any product, customers must bear the courier charges themselves (both ways if applicable).
- Exchange must be requested within 3 days of receiving the order. Any request after this period will not be entertained.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- In case of any manufacturing defect or incorrect item received, DK SoleCraft will cover the courier charges and arrange the replacement.

Refunds
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item. Approved refunds will be issued within 7 business days to the original payment method.
